What services do you offer?

AeroDynamic Drone Services provides aerial photography, videography, 2D orthomosaic mapping, and 3D photogrammetry modeling throughout New England using DJI Mavic 3 Pro and Matrice 4E drones.

We are based in Southeastern Massachusetts and serve Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, AeroDynamic Drone Services is FAA Part 107 certified and carries $1M commercial drone insurance for all operations.

What accuracy and deliverables can I expect?

Our Matrice 4E with RTK delivers centimeter-level accuracy for most mapping applications. Deliverables include GeoTIFF orthomosaics, point clouds (LAS or PLY), and 3D models (OBJ or PLY).

How large an area can you map in one full-day session?

With multiple batteries and minimal downtime, the Matrice 4E can map 200–700 acres in a 6–8 hour session depending on terrain and flight parameters.

Why choose drone mapping instead of traditional surveying?

Drone mapping is faster, safer, and more cost-effective, delivering high-resolution site data for construction, planning, and marketing applications.

Can you fly in restricted airspace?

Yes. We manage FAA LAANC authorizations and waivers as needed, always following safety and legal requirements.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Flights may be delayed due to wind, rain, or visibility. We reschedule at the first safe opportunity at no extra cost.

What equipment do you use?

We use DJI Matrice 4E (RTK + mechanical shutter) for mapping, DJI Mavic 3 Pro for photo/video, and DJI Power 1000 for field power.
