Yes. We provide rooftop orthomosaics (GeoTIFF) and CAD-ready DXF linework for solar planning, including roof outlines and roof obstructions as polylines.

What DXF layers and standardized formatting do you provide?

DXF deliverables can be provided with standardized layers such as ROOF_OUTLINE and ROOF_OBSTRUCTIONS. Obstructions can include vents, HVAC units, skylights, hatches, parapets, and other rooftop structures as clean polylines.

Can you include roof height or elevation information?

Height-related outputs depend on project needs and site conditions. We can provide measurements and surface-model based outputs from the mapped dataset, and align reporting to your required format when specified.

We are based in Southeastern Massachusetts and routinely serve Greater Boston, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Are you FAA licensed and insured?

Yes. We are FAA Part 107 certified and carry $1M commercial drone insurance for operations.
